Job Description: Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure? We're looking for a Tax Resolution Case Manager to join our team. No prior experience in tax resolution is necessary, but a background in the following industries would be a significant advantage: legal, financial, insurance, credit, bankruptcy, loans, collections, accounting, or tax preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high call volume caseload, ensuring clients receive prompt and professional assistance
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial and tax information
• Liaise with Tax Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and other tax professionals
• Prepare and submit financial statements and other resolution documents
• Maintain detailed records on our CRM and stay organized to meet strict deadlines
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Desired Qualifications:

• FLUENT IN SPANISH REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Capacity to handle high call volumes and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle client interactions
• Experience using CRMs and/or databases such as Logics, Salesforce, and Clio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
