Personal Injury Law Firm located in Henderson, Nevada. We are looking for a pre-litigation Case Manager with at least 5 years of personal injury case managment experience. We have a good working environment and are focused on client support and success.

Job Duties Include:

• Working with attorneys to develop case strategy
• Supervising assistants who can assist in tasks like ordering and organizing medical records, drafting standard correspondance, opening claims, and other administrative tasks.
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Initiating claims with insurance companies
• Efficiently collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
• Data entry into our case management software (Filevine)
• Assisting attorneys in drafting demand letters
• Working with insurance adjsuters
• Maintaining consistent written and oral communication with clients

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5+ years of prior experience as a personal injury Case Manager
• Ability to promote a positive work environment so your co-workers enjoy coming to work
• Working knowledge of insurance companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills

Desired Experience/Skills:

• We have a large number of motorcycle clients. Some experience with motorcycles is beneficial to help you relate to those clients
• The ability to speak Spanish is appreciated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
