Case Management Program Manager 2904
- Providing direct Case Management to staff and volunteers.
- Support grant and donor processes and deliverables.
- Create and implement a community engagement plan to raise the agency's profile.
- Ensure program objectives are met, tracked, and reported by supervising and supporting program staff.
- Communicate and collaborate with community partners.
- Maintain staff knowledge and assess their training needs.
- Accreditation processes will be followed and supported.
- Attend meetings and in-service training.
- Your role will also include attending community meetings.
- Work weekends and evenings, travel overnight, and maintain a flexible schedule.
Must haves/qualifications:
- Applicants should also have a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of progressive work experience in a closely related field or Associates with five years' experience in related fields. Previous disaster experience would be beneficial.
- Furthermore, you should possess excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work as a positive, enthusiastic team member. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational skills and be transparent to management. In addition to using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care with individuals and families, you should also be familiar with harm reduction and motivational interviewing concepts and strategies.

- Communicating diplomatically and tactfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Able to operate standard office equipment and a vehicle safely for official business purposes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, but you should have one to two years of related experience working in non-profit.
- Possessing a valid California Class "C" Driver's License is required, as well as being bilingual/bicultural in Spanish and English.
