Case Coordinator- Adults With Disabilities

NCI Affiliates, Inc. is a distinguished nonprofit organization with a rich history of serving the Central Coast for nearly half a century. We are currently in search of a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager for our Employment Services Department. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve through case management and program supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing guidance and support tailored to individuals' vocational growth and training objectives.
• Work closely with management to address worksite challenges and identify potential crew opportunities.
• Conduct individual assessments to establish goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring effective placement and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings concerning the design or modification of services for individuals served.
• Teach individuals how to develop and maintain adaptive skills and appropriate behaviors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving is a part of this role)
• Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to serve as a role model for Adults with Disabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required

Compensation

The anticipated hiring range for this full-time position is $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
