Carpenter ($23 - $35/Hr)

We have immediate openings for experienced Carpenters! Pay range for this position is $23 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

Murphy Bros. is an award-winning, full-service residential remodeling company that's been in business since 1983! We serve clients based throughout the 7-county metro area (Anoka, Washington, Ramsey, Hennepin, Carver, Scott, and Dakota), and have grown to become one of the area's most trusted remodelers. This position will be directed out of our Chanhassen location.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Professional experience in carpentry and/or general remodeling
• Ability to perform most carpentry tasks — framing, trim, siding installation, etc., and some miscellaneous tasks at times such as drywall taping, light plumbing and light electrical.
• Your own truck or van and standard tools of the trade
• Ability to read construction plans and interpret written projects scopes
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully
• General understanding of materials and installation involved in most remodeling projects such as additions, windows, kitchens or bath projects (cabinetry, tile, countertops, plumbing fixture/ fittings, etc.)
• Have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
