Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute a variety of woodworking projects, including the construction of decks, pergolas, fences, planter boxes, and other wooden features. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Responsibilities- Lead and manage a variety of carpentry projects, including the construction of decks, pergolas, fences, planter boxes, and other wooden features.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role.
- Proficiency in using manual and electrical carpentry tools.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform masonry, equiptment repairs, welding a bonus
