PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport passengers safely to and from required locations remaining alert to potential hazards which may
cause an accident.
Providing wheelchair and aisle chair assistance to inbound and outbound airline passengers
Provide passengers luggage assistance as requested for inbound and outbound flights, including
occasional groups, teams, etc.,
Promptly provide assistance and information to hearing and visually impaired passengers,
Offering route stops at restaurants and or restroom entrances for passengers requiring wheelchair
assistance, along with assisting passengers to animal relief areas if required,
Offering a safe, comfortable, and trouble-free travel experience to all passengers.
Assisting passengers in a timely, efficient manner, and ensuring they are assisted to the correct
departure gates.
Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening
requirements and processes.
Must be able to lift, squat, stoop, push, stand, and bend throughout the course of a shift.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout the course of a shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold 75 pounds or more.
