Job Description
PacShores Mortgage Inc., seeks a highly motivated, self-starter and experienced mortgage Telemarketer/Canvasser to fill an open Sales Assistant to Mortgage Broker position in their West Los Angeles office.
We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs.
MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT ONLY - THIS POSITION DOES NO INVOLVE ANY SELLING - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES POSITIONS.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
**** Follow up Phone Calls to new and pending Prospects.
**** Determine basis for stalls in Closing process.
**** Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate Closings.
**** Follow up phone calls to various Broker's Lenders.
**** Confirm and verify Lender's Funding availability, Terms, Guidelines and other Preferences.

Qualifications:
**** Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.
**** Professional and Courteous Telephone and Customer Service demeanor.
**** Superior Organizational Skills
**** Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email
and CRM programs.
**** Ability to follow up, schedule and reschedule ongoing contact and
updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
