SalaryNatural State Recovery Centers is looking for an energetic Care Technician PRN to join our team in a fast-paced 24-hour coed residential Substance Abuse setting for weekend shift. This person must be a team player, be able to take direction, and work their assigned schedule.
This position will be responsible for:
- Monitoring daily activities within the facility amongst the clients
- Models and teaches accountability, respect, and appropriate behaviors
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Supervises activities, education, meals, and chores
- Will observe and report on client’s behavior and involvement in activities
- Facilitates client participation in groups and completion of assignments
- Monitor the safety and security of clients and the facility
- Must be able to maintain boundaries with clients and redirect clients as needed
- Responsible for searching new client’s belongings
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
