Cardlock Processing/Customer Service

Local Family Owned Petroleum Distributor is now hiring for a Cardlock Processing/Billing position in our Reno office. The position is full time, Monday thru Friday.

Successful Candidates will have some basic accounting knowledge, be very detail oriented, have accurate data entry skills, able to follow instructions, and work independently. Someone who demonstrates strong organizational skills, prioritizing work, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Job Requirements:
· Data Entry
· Reconciliations
· Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
· Type at least 40 wpm
· Customer Service
· Other Misc. Administrative Tasks
· Must Be Dependable
