Exciting opportunities await at our family owned car dealership! We're seeking driven Car Salespeople and Brokers to join our dynamic team. These roles offer limitless earning potential with 100% commission-based compensation. All are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

- Provide sales support to brokers, by attendning clients and securing all sales.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory control of vehicles.

- Communicate with clients and prospects in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Collaborate with brokers to negotiate deals and contracts.

-Keeping all cars up to our standard by proforming basic weekly maintenance, such as; making sure the cars smell good, are dusted inside and out and have clean floor mats.

Requirements:

-Facebook is required (this is our main platform for potential clients)

-Whatsapp is required (our main office communication is through here)

- Basic math skills for financial calculations and analysis.

- Fluency in English is preferred but NOT required.

- Spanish is required. However only English speakers are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial but NOT required.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Business hours:

Monday-Saturday 9AM-7PM

Sundays- 1PM-6PM
