Sales Associate- Capital Markets

Dext offers an exceptional culture and countless opportunities for growth and advancement. We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Associate on the Capital Markets team. This position will work closely with Dext Capital’s Capital Markets sales team and develop skills in sales, marketing, and administration.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter new submittals into the system and maintain accurate records to ensure completeness of all submissions.
- Record and monitor submittal statuses, regularly tracking and communicating delays or issues with current deals.
- Collaborate with the documentation team to facilitate the funding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and procedures are followed.
- Communicate with sources to gather additional information as needed, maintain proactive communication to ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and maintain portfolio data and files, engaging in periodic reviews and update portfolio information.
- Support syndication sales team in gathering and preparing materials for proposals, and monitor the progress of syndication transactions, reporting on status as necessary.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of syndication sources, regularly conduct reviews and update to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in setting up ACH, sending invoices and account summaries, updating customer account information as needed.
- Flex assistance to other sales teams as necessary

Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience in financial services, Syndications, or equipment leasing
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Salesforce).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
