Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of insight gathering for company portfolio
- Define and translate research objectives and key business questions into study plans, recommend appropriate methodology, and present insights to internal stakeholders
- Work with Sr. Director to build and maintain global forecast as well as monitoring /validating underlying assumptions
- Lead team effort to understand all sources of real-time data to inform commercial targeting and investments (ROI, multi-channel marketing)
- Collect timely competitive intelligence and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Manage external research vendors and data providers
Qualifications
- BS Life Sciences/Math/Statistics/Business; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field required
- Primary and secondary market research experience required
- Launch experience preferred
- Experience in immunology/inflammation indications desirable
- Experience building data bases and presenting to senior management
- Proven analytical skills and learning agility
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage Insights and Analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
