Who we are looking for...
The Capital Markets Analyst role will be responsible for creating Bulk, Cash, and Pool commitments while following them throughout the many steps to ensure no issues arise or resolve any issues in a prompt manner by providing updates throughout the process. The position will also gain depth knowledge of the hedging system and programming associated with it to ensure output accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating cash commitments for FNMA, FHLMC, Ginnie Mae Pools, and hedging systems, attaching loans, and communicating when complete for loan delivery as well as following the step-by-step processes associated with loan delivery and settlement.
• Obtain additional knowledge related to QRM and assist in daily updates and maintenance
• Update pricing in the "Optimal Blue Pricing Engine".
• Responsible for Pool Securitizing, Hedging system updates and maintenance
• Responsible for Auto and Pool Pooling validation
• Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned.
• Assist all Capital Markets personnel in the maintenance, update and generation of Capital Markets reports.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage banking preferred.
• Ability to have the skills of 10-key by touch, typing a minimum of 45 words per minute, and be familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
• Knowledge and experience working with Crystal Reporting
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to exercise prudent judgment
• Exceptional organization and time management necessary
• Comfortable being a team player
• Strong interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication
• Ability to work through stressful situations professionally
• Attention to detail
