Investment Banking Analyst - Energy & Power (Renewables)

We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Analyst - Energy & Power (Renewables) in Houston, Texas.
Job Functions:

• Create, audit and modify complex financial models
• Conduct financial valuations
• Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
• Conduct industry- and company-specific research
• Interact with clients and senior bankers

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of work experience in Investment Banking, in an M&A and project finance department of a Renewables Developer, or in a modeling team of a consulting firm
• Previous experience with tax equity financial modeling required
• Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Good communicator and listener
• Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
