As part of our commitment to health and safety, proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required for this position. Sales Account Managers (SAMs) at Wyld are adept at strategic planning, fostering lasting partnerships, maintaining acceptable accounts receivable levels, and driving market growth. SAMs focus on acquiring new partner accounts and expanding relationships with existing partners by leveraging our Sales Playbook and resources. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, such as pricing negotiations, marketing initiatives, event scheduling, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Market Share growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Manage current accounts and analyze sales trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Hunt for new business opportunities, prioritize the pipeline, and creatively solve problems.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure clear communication with assigned accounts.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable processes and perform weekly administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback on marketing assets and competitors.
- Travel up to 80% within the defined territory.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the local cannabis or alcohol industry.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Salesforce and Business Central preferred.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must obtain all state-required Cannabis permits, licenses, and certifications.
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
- Must be willing to receive authorized vaccination against COVID-19.
Compensation: This exempt position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 plus commissions, along with 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Wyld is an equal opportunity employer.
