Job Description:
GRP NM LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our team in the manufacturing of high-quality cannabis products for the New Mexico market. This pivotal role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure efficient and effective production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and communicated via inventories with Purchasing Department the on-hand packaging resources to ensure the seamless execution of assigned production plans.
- Evaluate production plans in relation to available personnel, ensuring optimal staffing for efficient completion of tasks.
- Oversee the production floor, supervising assigned personnel and monitoring progress.
- Address any production challenges and provide necessary support and guidance to the team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with production processes and inventory management.
