The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Rockstar Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role demands a high-energy, efficient, and professional individual with a hunger for success. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through a blend of strategic planning, data-centric approaches, and proven sales formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the medical marijuana market, particularly in New Mexico.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
