Job Requirements
We are seeking a qualified Distribution and Inventory Specialist.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be detailed-oriented and have quick, accurate math skills to account for inventory.
- Must have great organization skills and enjoy problem-solving
- Able to adapt quickly to ever-changing priorities and can multitask with ease.
- Have Great Communication and Leadership skills
Job Duties include:
- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes using 3rd party software
- Prepare finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
- Receive and log incoming items
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Previous order fulfillment and leadership experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Experience in Metrc and GrowFlow preferred
Work Environment
- This position is in a busy office/warehouse and subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
- Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM.
- Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
