Cannabis Distribution & Fulfillment Worker

Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the overall care and activities of the Lake Elsinore location. Supports and adheres to company’s Standards of Conduct & Discipline. The pay for this role is $16.50/hour.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Works in Metrc, Bamboo & Cultivera
manifest orders
create new items as they become available.
Inventory adjustments. (samples for Sales, rejected item)
create, print and apply compliance labels prior to testing
Order Metrc tags as needed
Compliance testing submission
Receive incoming transfer manifests
Adjusting and Disposing of used tags
Adjust pricing to match between the two programs
Assign batch/harvest (flower conversion) and Metrc tags to orders
Assign QA results and upload COA’s
setting label templates
making products available
retrieving s2 Id numbers
Change tax status per shop’s license requirements
Verify or look up licenses

Work with Inventory
Maintain live inventory counts for panda/snickle flower, joints, Dabstract/snickle sugar and vapes
Weekly audit/count of all products
Remove tested product from quarantine
Receive flower/other material, joints and prepare for testing.
Create UID label for all product bins
Unload van and place product in quarantine
Weekly submissions of inventory counts to sales team

Works with Production
Scaling flower
Create and apply snicklefritz strain/weight label (flower and sugar)
Oversee employee scaling, labeling and printing labels
Track and enter daily production numbers on spreadsheet
Manage employees tasks when needed for lab production
Un-package and oversee destruction of candy and document the process
Apply front label to Dabstract packaging

Works with Processing
Assist in keeping joint inventory and audits
Assist in keeping trim totals and live tracker up to date
Packages, labels and stickers joint tubes
Making joints to dimple and package

Scheduling testing for Compliance

Product testing
Scheduling via Cannasafe/ Belcosta
Preparing samples/ paperwork
Reporting results

Ensures all work areas and all equipment are clean and organized.

Receives communications for upcoming and daily operations; utilizes the online spreadsheets and email communication with other team leads and management.
Maintains communication with managers and other leadership

Pull and stage orders

Create and print box labels

Print and apply label to product

Create and print Ca warning labels

Quality check and box up the order. (Scale flower that may look underweight, check labels for any inconsistencies and all items have a compliant label)

Process returned or rejected order through bamboo/cultivera/ metrc.

Remove labels and repackage product, return to physical inventory and spreadsheet

Ensure invoice, manifest, tags and all drivers documents are within the binder prior to departure

Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Job Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• One (1) year Distribution/ Fulfillment with Cannabis product
• One (1) year experience in managing a production facility is preferred.
• Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
• Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell.
• Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 25 pounds, talk, or hear.
• Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
