Position Summary

Servers are essential to our lounge team! You are responsible for curating our guest experience by providing friendly, informed guidance to customers. Efficiently and courteously setting up assigned tables, retrieving and serving food and cannabis orders, non-alcoholic beverages to guest tables. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment While adhering to company procedures and cannabis regulations.Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to

• Maintain a clean and organized space including but not limited to restrooms, floor sweeping and mopping, staircase, elevators, glass windows, counters, etc
• Assist with meal set-up and set or preset tables in the dining room as assigned.
• Cheerfully help guests routinely
• Assist in managing food running and expo window
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Pre-bus tables, maintaining clean table tops at all times
• Responsibly serve cannabis and monitor the consumption of cannabis by our guests
• Build rapport with guests and foster approachable and welcoming environment
• Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks
• Assist with cleaning the dining area. Wipe down and reset the table for the next guests.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the lounge to the company’s standards and all health codes at all times
• Adhere to food safety requirements. *Must have a food handler’s certificate
• Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the MOD
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments (retail) to contribute to the best

overall performance of the operation

• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

• Experience/Knowledge/Education: Previous one (1) or more years experience as Budtender preferred. Basic knowledge of state and local compliance laws preferred.
• Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Must be 21 or older. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. English speaking or bilingual. Operate POS. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable. Reliable transportation.
• Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for long periods of time. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and carrying. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods. Exposure to cleaning agents.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Independent Judgment Used: Only within the guidelines established by management and to the extent of operating within The Artist Tree policies and procedures.

Working Conditions/Environment: Lounge, dab bar, retail store, fulfillment area, product inventory storage, restroom, and employee break room - subject to security clearance based on job duties.

Pay: $19.08 - $20.00 per hour
