Hiring Servers and Host/Hostess

Junior Restaurant & Lounge is looking to grow their team by adding motivated FOH Servers, Host or Hostess! We are a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant in Roseville that offers delicious and comforting cuisine. We have morning, evening and weekend shifts available!

Our ideal candidates will have strong self-motivation, teamwork, attention to detail and verbal communication skills with a minimum of 1 to 2 years FOH experience preferred.

· Responsible to follow excellent sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures.

Server Requirements:

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations based on guest preferences.

· Provide exceptional table service, delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently.

· Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

· Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.

· We prefer at least 2 years FOH restaurant experience

· Our ideal candidates have both serving and expeditor experience

· Positive attitude and desire to provide quality service to all customers at all times

· Ability to collaborate with a team

· Knowledge of food, classic cocktails and beer/wine is a plus

· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

· Available mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour based on position and experience.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/ GED required

· CA Food Handler’s card or must be completed within 30 days of hire

· Two year FOH experience in full service or fast casual preferred

· Weekend days/nights and holiday availability required.

· Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs
