Job description

Job Title: College Campus Sales Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic College Campus Sales Recruiter to join our team and help recruit on the road, 100% commission sales reps. This position plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent from colleges and universities to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to engage with students and faculty members effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with educational institutions and promoting our organization as an employer of choice for aspiring sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with college career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations to promote our organization’s sales opportunities.

2. Plan and execute campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to attract potential candidates.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

4. Identify high-potential candidates through resume screenings, informational interviews, and other recruitment methods.

5. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate students about our organization, sales roles, and career advancement opportunities.

6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

7. Serve as a brand ambassador for our organization, representing our values and culture to prospective candidates.

8. Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to engage with students and promote job opportunities.

9. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in campus recruitment, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.

2. Previous experience in campus recruitment, sales, or related field preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students, faculty, and career services professionals.

4. Proven ability to plan and execute recruitment events and initiatives effectively.

5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools for recruitment purposes.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

9. Willingness to travel to college campuses and attend recruitment events as required.

10. Passion for sales recruitment and a genuine interest in helping students launch their careers.
