THE OPPORTUNITY:

 

The Cybersecurity division at OpenText provides comprehensive security solutions for companies and partners of all sizes. From prevention, detection and response to recovery, investigation and compliance, we help customers build cyber resilience via a holistic security portfolio of smarter and simple solutions delivered through our unified end-to-end platform.

The Campaign Marketing Manager plays a leading role in developing, managing, and executing global marketing programs and campaigns for our SMB team (inclusive of our data security and data protection product portfolios and our customer and channel partner segments). In this role, you are both driven by data and creativity and are hyper focused on breaking through the noise of the crowded security market with campaigns, content and programs that solve customer pain and showcase our value.

 

YOU ARE GREAT AT:

 

  • Delivering multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns that create and capture demand and meet or exceed MQL and pipeline targets. This includes product and partner campaigns, industry and vertical specific programs, customer value and cross-sell campaigns and competitive campaigns.
  • Partnering with digital marketing and lifecycle teams on key deliverables such as paid search, social, digital, display and email. Together, this team will plan campaigns, deploy tactics and optimize and measure performance.
  • Working with key agencies and internal creative teams to socialize and execute key content plays as a part of campaigns and to move buyers through the funnel.
  • Aligning key stakeholders in sales, product marketing, customer success and the broader marketing team on goals, launches, performance and business needs.
  • Analyzing performance of campaigns and make data-based decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness to drive expected KPIs.
  • Managing multiple campaigns at once and ensuring timely execution.
  • Taking on new challenges, adapting as things change, taking action quickly and always learning.

WHAT IT TAKES:
 

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing or campaign program management
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate effectively across global teams.
  • Project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and suggest areas for campaign performance improvements/optimization.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Experience with an enterprise software, SaaS or security company preferred
