- Build and manage Email & Push lifecycle & promotional campaigns.
- Work with a team of design/UX, content, and developer professionals to recommend strategies and tactics.
- Create personalized, ad-hoc, and automated campaign builds within Braze (or other ESP providers).
- Possess technical lifecycle skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
- Perform A/B tests on segmentation, cadences, subject lines, copy, offers and layout to drive improved results.
- Create and deliver reports for email marketing initiative results and activity to key stakeholders.
- Understand operations, systems, and data related to email and push programs.
- Collaborate with other Automation Managers to build and optimize campaigns by monitoring and analyzing results.
- Cross-functionally coordinate with design, merchandising, FED, and other departments, as needed.
- Provide strategic direction to optimize Key Performance Metrics, KPIs, of Email & Push campaigns.
- Coordinate with Database Application Administrators, Marketing Analytics, FED & development teams to build customer segmentation and personalization.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to multitask in highly stressful situations.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, detail oriented, solid business sense, and good problem-solving abilities.
- English copy-editing skills.
- Experience in Retail/Ecommerce environment a plus, but not required.
- Time management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Braze a plus, but not required.
- 1+ years Email Marketing experience
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle operational schedules and production work.
- Availability to work beyond normal business hours (including weekends), as needed.
- Familiarity with HTML, Liquid, or CSS a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Segmentation, Personalization, Nurture Flows, Automation
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
