Call Center Supervisor

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a valued client as they search for their next Call Center Supervisor. As the Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily production of around 20 procurement analysts and promoting a positive team environment.

Position - Call Center Supervisor

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109 will be 100% on site

• MUST BE OK WITH 3 WEEKS OF TRAINING IN DALLAS

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20-$21/hr

Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor:

• Train new employees and/or implement protocols as they change and update other units

• Direct group of employees in their day-to-day operations

• In charge of human resource matters directly related to department supervised

• Responsible for quality of service provided

• Will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and termination of employees

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses

Qualifications for the Call Center Supervisor:

• High School diploma or equivalent - will be verified

• 2-3 years of experience in a Call Center environment

• 2-3 years of Supervisory experience is a MUST

• Experience supervising a team of 20+ people

• Proficient in MS Office
