They have helped protect homeowners from the costs of unexpected repairs to their home systems, lines, and appliances for over 30 years. They service over 1 million repair and maintenance plans in 16 states.
The Inbound Sales Representativerole offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. There is no cold calling or outbound phone work, you will simply be taking calls and converting them into sales. Most importantly, you'll be offering peace-of-mind to home-owners when they need it most!
REWARDS
- $17.25 ($18.25 if Bilingual in Spanish) hourly pay
- Average targeted bonus per month equates to $1,000-$3,000 in additional income; OTE between $60,000 and $70,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to take calls in English (and Spanish is a plus!)
- Experience with customer service and fielding inbound phone calls
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Willing and able to pass a background check and10-panel drug screen
- Full-time availability
- Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to customers
- Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and schedule repair or maintenance services
- Successfully resolve customer questions and/or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Create and maintain personal team sales goals
- Exceed customer expectations through professional interactions on inbound calls
