Can you multitask, are an excellent listener, and have strong verbal communication skills. If so, this may be the position for you. As a BDC Sales representative you’ll play an important supporting role in the success of our business by ensuring that customers are satisfied.
Representatives handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, using their knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with their service-related appointments. As a call center representative, you'll speak with customers, listen to their needs, clarify information, and offer convenient schedules. This full-time position works 5 days a week with rotating Saturday’s. Position hours are between 8:45 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:45 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday’s. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
- Handle all outbound phone appointments
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
- Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
- Use scripts
