Brief description
Call Center Representatives, work with both the company's prospective customer base.
They make outbound calls to prospects and assist in scheduling and confirming the
water treatment consultation, for customers who have questions or concerns related to
their experience with different stages of dealings with our company or to help in other
outbound calls as needed.
Tasks
- Follow marketing scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Meet or exceed daily personal, and team call volume goals.
- To be commission eligible: the minimum requirement is to set 1 Appointment every 1.5 hours worked.
- Must be able to quickly adapt to different customer management systems.
- Represent Ecowater Systems of San Diego with ethics and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed the minimum performance requirements of an average of 4 appointments daily.
- The Call Center's objective is to set appointments quickly and efficiently
- Call centers are in charge of all lead generation data entry, quality control, and follow-up.
- Call Center Representatives and supervisors are not permitted to sell or offer product solutions or advice over the phone.
Qualifications and requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior;
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people.

Working conditions
- Full-time or part-time
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Call Center.
