Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a Call Center Representative for our busy corporate Call Center that services all of our clinic locations. Experience is a plus. A well-organized person is a must for this position as well as the ability to multi-task while maintaining the office flow. Call Center Representatives assist patients in coordinating their care with our practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Scheduling patients
- E-mailing patient intake forms
- Make outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments
- Checking clinic voicemails
- Collecting insurance information
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- Customer service experience a plus
- Must have proficient computer/typing skills
