We are looking for an efficient, patient, and considerate individual to join our dynamic team in our Call Center answering phones and assisting our patients. You will be responsible for scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, verifying benefits, triaging calls to technicians and providers, and assisting the front desk when help is needed.
The right candidate will receive full training for the position and will one of many voices for our specialty ophthalmology practice. A high school diploma is required, some college is preferred. Previous medical office experience is preferred. as part of the team, you must be dependable, willing to learn and retain information, and have an empathetic passion to help patients.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
