About job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will have the opportunity to provide exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding our services, pricing, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
• Take detailed notes during customer interactions and accurately update client records
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Handle incoming emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions and update internal databases

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
