RACCAR Automotive - Subaru Superstore of Chandler, Family-owned and operated is seeking to hire an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our exceptional Service team! Subaru Superstore of Chandler is a family-owned and operated organization! We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system in a prompt and courteous manner (high volume calls)
- Update customer service records to ensure they are accurate.
- Monitor appointments to ensure scheduling accuracy.
- Light clerical work, scanning and filing.
- Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
