Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide additional information as needed.
3. Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
4. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions.
5. Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution.
6. Documenting all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, accurately in the system.
7. Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
8. Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
9. Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software preferred.
