Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide additional information as needed.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions.
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution.
- Documenting all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, accurately in the system.
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software preferred.
