About lightbulb.ai:

At lightbulb.ai, we are innovating at the intersection of AI technology and customer service. Our mission is to empower Call Centers with advanced conversational intelligence tools, making Quality Assurance processes more efficient and effective. We are currently conducting Market Research to better understand the challenges faced by Call Center QA Managers and to refine our solutions to meet these needs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Call Center Quality Assurance Managers to participate in a research initiative aimed at gathering insights into the daily responsibilities, challenges, and tools used in Call Center Quality Assurance. This is a temporary, research-focused position designed to inform the development of lightbulb.ai's conversational intelligence tool. Participants will be compensated for their time and contribution to our research.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an in-depth interview discussing your experience as a Call Center QA Manager.
  • Share insights on the challenges faced in call Quality Assurance, the tools you use, and the processes you follow.
  • Provide feedback on potential solutions and innovations in the Call Center QA space.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Call Center operations and Quality Assurance processes.
  • Willingness to share expertise and insights for Market Research purposes.

Compensation:

  • Participants will be compensated for their time and valuable insights.
