Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist position, Hybrid in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:
LHH is partnering with a renewable energy company to find a Call Center QA Specialist for their Downtown San Diego office! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant customer service or Quality Assurance experience. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls and emails
- Record data and identify any areas that need improvement
- Evaluate and provide feedback to team members
- Review and resolve Call Center-related tasks, reports, and CRM activities daily
- Answer inbound calls from customers, typically escalated calls or billing related inquiries
- Return and follow up on calls via phone, chat and email
- Review and provide call Quality Assurance feedback for internal and third party calls
- Follow-up daily with internal team to support timely and accurate customer service communication to clients and customers
- Accurately entering customer data in CRM
- Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 2+ years of relevant Customer Service or Quality Assurance experience
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Analytical with information files
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Intermediate to advanced level MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to learn and become proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 23.00/hour
- Contract-To-Hire
- Bonus eligible!
- Monday-Friday, full time hours
- Hybrid work schedule!
- Work remotely 4 days a week
