Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Call Center Operator and Data Entry. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Accurately entering customer information into the system
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Ensuring Data Entry accuracy and completeness
- Responding to customer emails and live chats
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Entry software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
