As an Operations Manager, you will be overseeing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations.
The Opportunity
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes to streamline workflow and projects.
- Monitoring and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Managing departmental meetings and maintaining workflow.
- Implementing strategies to enhance Sales, CSR, QA operations to ensure prompt and efficient handling of inquiries and concerns.
- Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of insurance documentation.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Preparing regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and industry best practices to mitigate any potential operating costs.
- Collaborating with the IT Department to evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Supporting on any ad hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency
What you bring to the table
- You have demonstrated experience in the Insurance industry.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that operations adhere to industry standards.
- You are detail oriented and digilent in overseeing policy administration, claims processing, and other operational functions.
- You are a resourceful, problem solver who is self motivated.
- You are an active listener and have strong organization and multitasking skills.
- You are tech savvy and able to leverage tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc) and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- You are a continuous learner and interested in staying informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
Location & Hours
- Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for someone that can commute daily to our Office.
- Hours of operation will be from 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday.
Compensation
Salary Range: $65,000- 75,000 USD annually
