Call Center Manager.
We are a well-established and stable company within the HVAC Field, and we are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Call Center - Office Manager. Our manager will keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all performance goals as well as coaching and providing career development to their team members. As the successful candidate you will have excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff and have exceptional Customer Service skills. As the Department Head you will report directly to the General Manager.
Starting Range - $50 -65K with commission / bonus opportunity:
Qualified Candidates possess:
Ability to learn and become proficient in our computer, and phone systems.
5-7 years’ experience managing a Call Center team.
Experience in setting team goals and assuring they are completed on time.
Strong sense of urgency with a passion to assist our customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Daily Duties will require you to:
· Manage and oversee the entire daily operation of the department in accordance with established policies and procedures.
· Take incoming calls from our Support Staff as well as from our customers to assist with setting appointments and addressing any and all concerns.
Make outbound calls to our customers to assist with setting appointment times and collecting all relevant information in regard to the sales call to assure a professional sales experience.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations while projecting a professional and service-oriented image at all times.
- Manage team members who are assigned varied duties.
- Administrative duties may include daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Supervise, direct, and monitor personnel in the completion of their duties; adjust as necessary to ensure on-time performance and quality customer service.
- Monitor email queue and handle customer inquiries and questions.
- Follow up with customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
