Job Description:
Elitelux Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced and proactive Call Center Manager to oversee our Call Center operations in Diamond Bar, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Call Center management, fluency in English, and the ability to set up and manage a Call Center environment. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Call Center, including staffing, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement Call Center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation
- Monitor and analyze Call Center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance
- Train and coach Call Center agents to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of Call Center goals with overall company objectives
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Call Center management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Call Center management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to set up and manage Call Center operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
