SalaryDSSI is hiring Call Center Manager to work with a workforce services company in the Escondido area. This is a temporary role assisting on a special project aiming to help those currently facing a housing crisis.
Details:
- Workdays: Monday-Sunday
- Pay: $34/HR
- Start: ASAP
- Short Term contract
Duties:
- Extending and providing both in-person and over-the-phone customer service
- Determining eligibility and meticulously documenting all field actions in real time
- Maintain effective communication with office team.
- Handle all information with confidentitaly.
- Create, update and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned
