Join Our Team as a Collection Call Center Representative!
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls manually per shift to collect payments.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct follow-up calls and set up payment arrangements.
Process credit card and payments over the telephone.
Record collection efforts and customer information into the computer system.
Locate skip customers by utilizing all available skip tracing methods.
Ensure adherence to Internal Collection Policy and Procedures.
Meet performance standards set by the department consistently.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role.
Knowledge of accounting software and financial concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute.
Strong math skills for accurate payment processing and account reconciliation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
