Head of Fulfillment at Taylor Custom Rings oversees daily operations to ensure all customers receive their order correctly and within the expected timeline. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of fulfillment operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve fulfillment goals by demonstrating strong personal organization skills.
Work with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and in-house goldsmith to ensure quality and on-time delivery of orders.
Inspect finished jewelry to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide consistent customer communication.
Respond promptly to customer service requests.
Package and ship finished pieces.
The ideal candidate will possess:
High level of organizational skills
Ability to supervise others to achieve results
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Jewelry industry experience a plus
Must be able to work in person at store location in Carlsbad, CA
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, including some holidays
Pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour plus quarterly profit sharing based on store performance
