Customer Service Representative - Remote in Greenville, SC
Dietz and Watson is looking for a Full Time Customer Service/Call Center representative. This position requires you to call existing customers, take their orders, and enter them into the system. The position is Full Time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The position is remote and all equipment will be provided.
Duties:
- Phone calls to take customer orders
- Data entry of customer orders
Candidate must possess the following skills:
- Customer Service skills
- Data Entry
- Communication skills
- Organization
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly demeanor
- Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience a plus
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to work remotely, all equipment will be provided.
- Good computer skills to include Microsoft office and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve and manage workload in a self-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- History of dependability and responsibility.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred. Previous deli experience a plus.
