Job Description
Kinetic Personnel Group is currently recruiting multiple Call Center Representatives for a Public Health Plan (government entity). This position will be based in Orange County.
Pay: $20.81-$24 per hour
Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Job duties:
- Address member and provider inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Incoming Queue or Outbound Dialer
- Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Enter accurate documentation into internal systems regarding member and provider interactions.
- Complete assigned projects and duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of Call Center experience, preferably with experience in incoming queues or outbound dialers.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and job-specific software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in Medi-Cal/Medicaid or health services.
- Knowledge of public health programs and services.
