(Call Center) Business Development Legend

RightDrive is looking for a qualified Business Development Legends to conduct inbound and outbound calls. texts, and emails, to our previous, current, and future customers. Previous phone sales experience is preferred. Our Business Development Center is responsible for every touch point of our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, and emails, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Legends will strive to generate new business & repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Help source leads and assign leads to the right store/salesperson
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Use CRM database for sales marketing and re-engage potential customers who have not purchased at dealership
• Helping customers with vehicle information and customer support with the RightDrive auto group.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has customer vehicles sales experience or phone sales of some sort, is a hard working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and is motivated to push sales.

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous Call Center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
• Automotive CRM experience a plus
• Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
• Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
• Excellent follow through and follow up skills
• Bilingual is MANDATORY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
