Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies.
- Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service
- Answering inbound calls and make Outbound calls related to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, check status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time.
- To maintain Quality as per process requirement
- To achieve assigned production targets on regular basis
- Display high levels of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct
What are the top Must Haves for this role?
- MEDCARE Advantage Plan Part D - required
- QNXT experience (preferred)
- Empathy for senior citizens
- Call center experience and knowledge
- Typing 35/wpm required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have High school Diploma or GED
