Call Center Rep
Tampa, FL (remote)
Contract
Job Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies.
  • Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service
  • Answering inbound calls and make Outbound calls related to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, check status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time.
  • To maintain Quality as per process requirement
  • To achieve assigned production targets on regular basis
  • Display high levels of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct

  • MEDCARE Advantage Plan Part D - required
  • QNXT experience (preferred)
  • Empathy for senior citizens
  • Call center experience and knowledge
  • Typing 35/wpm required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have High school Diploma or GED
