```Duties```
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products/services
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions or escalating to a supervisor if necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently, particularly Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
