Call Center Agent- Remote/Office

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues they may have. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our database.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing information about our products and services to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Updating customer records accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or Call Center role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
