As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues they may have. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our database.
