We are currently looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Call Center. This is a highly incentivized position that offers plenty of room to grow and ability to be promoted from within our quickly growing law firm. Our Call Center Agents are the front line of our firm. You will be taking inbound calls only (no cold calling) while working through a predefined call flow to determine the needs and best resolution for each caller you speak with.
Candidates must be able to provide a helpful & friendly experience to each caller. This means you will be responsible for welcoming the caller, identifying yourself/our firm, determining the reason for their call (assisting if possible) and ensuring the customer is pleased at the point you either transfer or terminate the call.
Candidate must also be skilled in converting callers with open traffic tickets into clients for the firm. In this role, you will contribute to the sales process by explaining our services, process and guarantee, and addressing any concerns and processing payment. If you are unable to convert the caller into a client, you will be required to follow-up to ensure our conversion rates are maintained.
Lastly, candidate will be responsible for creation of client folders, entering information into our case management software, creation of legal pleadings, and e-filing using Florida’s e-filing portal.
